The Hyperlite State wakeboard is a great beginner board. It features four molded fins on the outside of the board and two removable centre fins that act as a "training wheel" for beginner riders. The centre fins provide extra grip and controllability on the water, allowing the board to track easily. Once confident, the rider has the option of removing these fins for a slightly looser, more intermediate ride.
The State wakeboard also features underbody molded rails resulting in further grip and a controlled feel on the water. It boasts a continuous rocker (banana shape) which delivers smoother turns, more length across the wake on jumps and softer landings.
