Delivery Address

🏠 Residential

Deliveries are made during business hours. If the residence is unattended, goods will be left. Elite Ski Boats will not be liable for goods that go missing after delivery or are damaged in transit.

🏢 Business (Recommended)

We recommend shipping to a business address so you can notify the driver of any damage at the time of delivery, and avoid expensive items being left unattended.

Damaged Goods

It is your responsibility to inspect goods at the time of delivery. If there is any damage, you must ensure your courier driver notes it on the consignment before they leave.

Elite Ski Boats will not be responsible for any delays caused by the carrier once an order has been shipped and is in transit.

Returns and Refunds Policy

14 Day Returns

All products purchased online can be returned within 14 days for a store credit, refund or exchange for another product of equal value. Products must be unused and in original packaging with tags still attached.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue. If you choose a store credit or refund, this will cover the cost of the product only, not the original shipping costs. A credit or refund will only be issued once the returned product is received by us.

📦 The cost of shipping your returned item to Elite Watersports, and shipping of an exchanged item back to you, is your responsibility. We recommend all returns are registered and insured, as Elite Watersports will not be responsible for damage or loss of returned goods.

How to Return a Product

Contact Elite Watersports by phone or email to notify us of your intent to return. We'll advise you whether a replacement product is available for exchange.

Have your proof of purchase ready — this will be required to process the return.

Ship the item back to us, registered and insured, at your cost. Once received we'll process your credit, refund or exchange.

Warranty Claims

12 Month Warranty

We strive to offer both in-store and online customers the best quality products the watersports industry has to offer. All watersports products sold through Elite carry a 12 month manufacturer's warranty (unless sold as a non-warranty item).

In the instance of a claim, it is the manufacturer's right to decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced. No refunds will be given on warranty claims.

⚠️ The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage if the product has been used in a manner it was not designed for.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Elite Watersports by phone or email to notify us of the problem and obtain a return authorisation number. Proof of purchase will be required.

We'll advise whether the product needs to be returned to our store or direct to the manufacturer. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We'll endeavour to have your product repaired or replaced and returned to you in a timely manner.
